After serving for years in the police force for over 28 yearsand the Marine Corps, a retired veteran has now embarked on a new venture - an Asian food truck. Armed with recipes passed down from generations and his own unique twists, he hopes to bring authentic Asian flavors to the streets. “I wanted to do something that brought joy and a sense of community to people,” he said. His food truck has already become a favorite among foodies and locals alike.

Our menu is inspired by our travels and our love of bold, flavorful food. From Korean-style BBQ to Drunken Noodles, we offer a wide variety of dishes that are sure to satisfy any craving. We use only the freshest ingredients and source locally whenever possible.
